Industrial 3D printing
Production parts, printed in-house
Upload a CAD file and get a real price in seconds. We print engineering polymers on our own machines in the USA, install the hardware, and ship on a live-quoted lead time.

The process
Industrial FDM, tuned per material
Fused deposition modeling builds your part layer by layer from engineering thermoplastic. It is the workhorse process for functional hardware: strong, dimensionally honest, and economical from one part to a production batch.
- 12 × 12.5 × 12.5 in envelope, one piece, no splitting
- 2-8 walls, 15%-solid infill strength dialed per part
- Six duty profiles from draft prints to near-solid structural parts

Hardware and callouts
Parts that arrive assembled
Mark features directly on your 3D model in the quote flow and they are done before the box ships: inserts seated, threads cut, hardware pressed home.
- Heat-set inserts brass and stainless, seated in-house
- Bearings and bushings pressed and seated
- Tapped threads standard sizes, cut clean after printing

Quality
Checked before it ships
Every order is inspected against your model before it is packed. If we built it wrong, we make it right under the workmanship warranty.
- Measured, not assumed critical features verified before packing
- Inspected in-house by the people who printed it
- 30-day workmanship warranty on every part

Questions
Before your first order
Is the instant quote real, or a starting point for a sales call?
Real. The price is computed from your geometry: machine time, material mass, hardware, and shipping. The number on screen is the number you pay, and nobody calls you.
Who actually makes my parts?
We do. Reforge prints in-house on its own machines in the United States. Your file is not routed to a bidding network.
What happens to my CAD files?
They stay confidential, are never used to train general-purpose AI models, and you keep 100% of your IP. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling terms.
Do I need an account to get a price?
No. Upload, configure, and price with no login. An account is created only when you place the order, so your history and reorders have a home.
How fast will I have parts?
Lead time is quoted live from the actual production queue when you upload. An open queue ships next business day, and checkout offers 1, 2, and 3-day delivery at live carrier rates.
Can you do more than bare plastic?
Yes. Mark heat-set inserts, tapped threads, and press-fit hardware directly on your model in the quote flow. Hardware is installed here and arrives assembled.
What if a part arrives wrong?
Every part carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. If we built it wrong, we make it right. Write to contact@reforge.industries with your order number.
What should I design to?
Each material page publishes measured specimen data with units and test standards. Design against the published figures for the material you pick.
