A carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate that trades some of the toughness of the base polymer for high stiffness and dimensional stability. It holds its properties to about 135°C and stays stable across humidity and temperature. The matrix remains vulnerable to strong alkalis, some solvents, and stress cracking under chemical contact.
